Edge single polishing spindle-machine for coast toro and other forms elaboration of flat edges and bullnose profiles and plan automatic, with touch screen, tickness working 20 - 150 mm., The single-head automatic edge-polishing machine 1T-TOUCH , completely designed in stabilized steel in order to avoid any possible deformations, performs and polishes 2 to 15 cm thick bullnose edges. Within the range of round edges it can carry out : full bullnose, demi bullnose, ogee, double bevel, special profiles and multi-bevel ( see chart ). It can furthermore polish straight edges and 2 to 12 cm thick counter-bevels. By means of a control panel the machine can automatically process shaped profiles using shaped wheels as well as the bush-hammering cycle. The spindle head pressure is automatically set. Mod.
